Jadwal ("the App," "we," "us") is a Gulf travel-planning app that helps you discover places and build personalized trip itineraries in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Doha. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you create an account and use Jadwal, we collect:
- Account information: your email address, used for sign-in and account recovery.
- Taste profile: the interest categories you select (e.g., Cafés, Adventures, Culture) to personalize recommendations.
- Saved places: places you save to your list, including their name, category, neighborhood, and location coordinates.
- Preferences: your selected home city, default budget, and language (English or Arabic).
- Feedback: any feedback or messages you voluntarily submit through the app's feedback feature.
How We Use Your Information
- To generate personalized AI trip itineraries based on your selected interests, budget, and trip duration.
- To sync your saved places and preferences across your devices.
- To display place information, photos, and locations using Google Places and Google Maps.
- To improve the app based on feedback you choose to send us.
Third-Party Services We Use
Jadwal relies on the following third-party services to function. Each has its own privacy practices:
- Supabase — securely stores your account, saved places, and preferences.
- OpenAI — generates AI-powered trip itinerary suggestions based on your selected preferences (city, budget, interests, trip duration). We do not send your email or personal identity to OpenAI.
- Google Places & Google Maps — provides place details, photos, ratings, and map display within the app.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers. Information is only shared with the third-party service providers listed above, solely to provide the app's core functionality.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your saved places and preferences remain stored until you delete them or delete your account. You can remove individual saved places at any time from "My Lists." To request full account deletion, contact us using the information below.
Children's Privacy
Jadwal is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
